If there is one word to describe Meg Smith it is: infectious. Her energy and optimism transcend directly into her music, creating authentic and unapologetic music. Smith’s latest single “F*ck Friday” reminds us that she is only growing.

Meg Smith is an artist that you instantly feel connected to. Since her debut single “Cool 4 U” in 2020, she has cultivated a devoted community, making each listener feel like a friend. Her sound combines 2000s rock with mainstream pop, creating an addicting discography.

Her latest track “F*ck Friday” is a spunky pop piece that tells the story of another Friday night spent single, making the track relatable for many. Her voice powerfully controls the track, allowing the instrumentals to enhance her talent. With an opener sounding very similar to Weezer’s “Teenage Dirtbag”, the young artist seems to take influence from all ages of music. “F*ck Friday” weaves in classic 2000s pop and rock music elements, helping Meg Smith to create an endlessly-dynamic song.
